In new Telegram video, CIA urges Russians to leak 'the truth'

The US Central Intelligence Agency has released an online video on encrypted messaging service Telegram, aimed at Russians who are unhappy with their political situation under President Vladimir Putin, encouraging them to provide intelligence to the agency.
