Kolkata bakery removes Kosher Chicken from menu

Nahoum & Sons, a 122-year-old bakery in Kolkata, removed chicken items from its menu due to the unavailability of kosher chicken following the death of their supplier. The bakery will also close on Saturdays to observe the Jewish Sabbath, reinforcing its commitment to providing kosher foods while maintaining Jewish dietary laws.
